We are an international company with root in Canada and affiliates in Europe and South America. Our Manager, Edouard Nadeau, CHRP, has been involved in the marine business for 35 + years. He started out as an oiler and his last position was as 2/O on a Great Lakes Bulker. In between, he has sailed on 29 ships, including Tankers, Cargos and up to Panamax. Cargos were Crude, Clean, Jet Fuel and Chemicals. He sailed on Seismic, Passenger/Cargo, Offshore AHTS. He did 3 years on the east coast of Canada, Straightbacks and Self-Unloaders. Seven years were spent on the Great Lakes. Captain Nadeau graduated from the Nova Scotia Nautical Institute with a Watchkeeping Mate Certification. He graduated from Holland College with a Tug Master 350T license. He received a certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of New Brunswick and has his CHRP designation. Captain Nadeau was the Crew Manager for Rigel Shipping, Great Circle Marine Services, Teekay OSG, V Ships Canada and supplied crew many companies including Cunard, Ponant, F.T. Everard, Fishers, Irving,. NEAS, and McKeil Marine. He is very familiar with most positions on most ships including yachts and rigs. He has supplied mostly all crew member positions – including Captains, Cooks, VP Superintendents, Special Consultants, Charterers, Brokers, etc. Helping employers with introductions to competent seafarers and helping seafarers find positions.
