your ship. As to seafarers seeking work, we will provide you with all current copies of Certificates,
Endorsements, availability, experience, current medical, and info regarding nearest airport. Knowing
exactly what you require and your anticipated needs, including emergencies will help to serve you better.
Our fee structure is as follows:
1/ Retainer, monthly X 12 = yearly agreed upn amount. This is the best value added, long term solution
as we work between 5-6 hours seeking candidates, answering email from potentials and keeping in
touch with those candidates currently on file. For the employer, this means no CPP no RRSP and
no medical to pay. All of this represents tremendous savings while having someone else doing the work remotely.
2/ Lump Sum due front for info regarding this candidate. Agreed amount becomes due when
candidate has been hired.
3/ Agreed to percentage or monthly fee charged to owner or Charterer.
We agree to credit 50% of fee charged if candidate is dismissed within 30 days with the exceptions of
death, Loss of charter or sale of ship.
